In the app

1. Open Chai Corner and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your cloud save and anonymous player ID are deleted, and the game on your phone is cleared.

This cannot be undone. Coins, items and progress are lost, and purchases are not refunded by us (ask the store).

Without the app

If you uninstalled the app or cannot open it, email lifeaeternus@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account". Include your player ID (Settings, About) if you still have it, and the name of your Google Play Games or Apple account if you linked one. We reply within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your save data, anonymous player ID, linked sign-in identifier, and the consent record's link to you.
• Removed or anonymised within 14 months: analytics events and crash logs, which are not linked to your name. Backups clear within 30 days.
• Kept if the law requires: purchase records held by the store and our purchase provider, for tax and accounting.

Only uninstalling the app does not delete cloud data. Use one of the two ways above. More in the privacy notice.

क्या मिटता है और क्या रहता है

सिर्फ़ ऐप हटाने से क्लाउड डेटा नहीं मिटता। ऊपर के दो तरीक़ों में से एक अपनाएँ। और जानकारी गोपनीयता सूचना में है।
